Judith Ezaru

Judith Ezaru is a senior commercial executive with over 20 years of experience in FMCG route-to-market execution, distribution, and key account management. She spent 16 years at Uganda Breweries Limited, a Diageo company, progressing through seven roles across sales and commercial functions including Division Sales Manager for North and Eastern Uganda, and most recently National Key Accounts Manager, where she managed strategic accounts and contributed to the sales team’s commercial performance across a major regional beverage business.

Her experience spans distributor and trade partner management, route-to-market strategy, key account management, sales team leadership, and regional market development. Her performance has been recognised with multiple internal accolades, including Employee of the Year and Regional Sales Manager of the Year.

At Ozby Group, Judith leads Route to Market & Distribution, applying two decades of large-organisation FMCG commercial experience to client route-to-market strategy, distributor management, and trade execution.
