Nkoligo Patrick is Ozby Group’s Digital Transformation & Systems Lead, an innovative, results-oriented IT professional with over five years’ experience delivering digital transformation, enterprise systems, ICT infrastructure, and business process automation across the insurance, renewable energy, environmental consultancy, and microfinance sectors.
His background includes leading ICT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital marketing execution as IT Lead at Detra Energy & Environmental Contractors, and driving Odoo ERP implementation across CRM, HR, Payroll, Sales, and Marketing Automation modules as IT Consultant at DEED Microfinance Uganda. Earlier, as Technical Assistant for Finance & IT at the Uganda Insurers Association, he administered industry-wide digital systems and led stakeholder-facing digital communications.
At Ozby Group, Patrick owns the website, internal business systems, and the ERP/CRM automation capability that directly underpins the Sales Force Effectiveness & Automation service offered to clients — making him the in-house proof point behind that capability, not just its administrator.
